Question about Missions

I have sided with the Lunarium and have been told I can no longer work with the Heliarch. Does this mean I cannot accept any jobs in Coalition space, or just that Heliarch missions will no longer be offered through spaceport? I would appreciate insight on this. P.S. I utterly despise tag based languages and typing all these spoilers has pained my soul
