morning n*

does anyone else have like morning n? not as in pregnancy morning sickness bc ive had this for years, it's not every morning but some mornings i feel HORRIBLE, like i feel like some acid stuff is boiling in my throat or something, it's not burning or anything but idk. might be hungry but i also dont have an appetite😭 i hate this ,, i mean yeah the phobia does give u anxiety n like everyday but it's different in the morning it feels like actual n*. not like im gonna tu but just this weird feeling. thankfully ive had this for years so ik it's nothing serious bc nothings ever happened but stiiilllll.
