Need advice on new build

Recently purchased a new build and found some defects such as a gaps in the weatherboard, some bumps and uneven pavering.

Would like to get some suggestions and fixing each one thank you! I'll contact the builders to fix these defects but not sure how well they will fix it because they just use the same people...
