i cant play this game in this state

i have a r9 5900x and a 6800xt both amd with 64g ram and i cant play this game, its the fps drops, constant crashes i don’t know what else to do i’ve saw a lot of foruns and videos and nothing can improve it, does anyone else has this problem? Did you fixed it? how?

quickedit: i played a lot last season i never got a fps drop nor a crash or dc. this season is impossible.
