are dungeon triumphs worth it, especially the "complete sundered doctrine solo" triumphs?

because I wanna know how much do the triumphs increase the exotic drop rate, is it by a large margin or a small amount?, I only plan to do 1-2 triumphs since this is probably the longest and hardest dungeon I've played, and it isn't fun doing it compared to other dungeons.
