All this Databricks vs Snowflake rivalry is BS

Seems like these tech companies are getting into show business and attempting to duopolize the industry. They say nonsensical things about each other and garner social media attention onto themselves. To be honest, everything seems staged.

I have seen solution architects from both sides arguing against each other on LinkedIn claiming social superiority. Like seriously? And all these unrelated greenhorn or idiots wanting to take a side jumping in the argument.

Can we keep all this drama and dissing out of tech?

From my perspective, a good solution architect should be able to distinguish use cases and use right tool for right use case. And those who are new to tech should keep a neutral mindset about a particular tool.
