Is Powerade unhealthy if you ride really long distances?

I was about two hours into my bike ride when I started to feel really parched. For some reason I decided that I would be okay if I didn’t bring any water on this what I thought would be a 3 hour long ride. Well I bought a 28oz bottle of Powerade and basically chugged all of it then continued for like 30 more minutes. I later looked at the bottle and saw that I chugged basically 50 grams of sugar in a minute or two and am very concerned. Is this super unhealthy or will I be fine?
