Not enough Disk Space on computer

Hello, I’m sorry if this question comes across as stupid, I know nothing about PCs and this is my first time owning one. I’m trying to download a game on my computer. I’ve deleted every other game, except for 1 that my sisters playing, and now it’s telling me I don’t have enough space. I did the Disk cleanup, cleared my Recycling bin, and still I don’t have enough. What else can I do? All the installed apps are things that came with my computer.
