computer help

hello! i am new here as my computer has recently malfunctioned. it was working fine a few minutes ago, but after i closed and reopened it, it got stuck in a screen called C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogonUI.exe the computer got stuck in the screen, and after we entered the password of our account, it said welcome but then told us it couldnt run properly and brought us back to the screen. we tried recovery and changing batteries but it wont work. it is still broken. how do we fix this?
