Making a strong sangria! Advice!

I’m have a Housewarming and a lot of us enjoy sangria - looking to make a 2 Gallon batch of sangria that’s strong. Any recommendations for a recipe? What particular red wine would go well? Any dry Spanish wine? Any particular brandy? Let me me know what I should add! Appreciate it thanks!
