Solo Cinema Camera for $3k?

I just sold my Pocket 4k because I thought the camera wasn't versatile enough for my needs. I like shooting films on the run, gorilla style; and my old camera felt like it was pushing me back. I'm looking for a "Do It All" camera that without much to any rigging could be used on the fly, and by this I mean that it has a good autofocus and stabilization.

I have a budget of around $3k to spend on my whole build, the FX30 and the S5IIX have been the two main cameras on my radar:

  • I like the image and colors of the FX30 and thought of paring it with a Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 (that could help with stabilization because of OSS)
  • S5IIX has a body that feels like more of a complete package and I like the idea of having a full frame sensor, but I'm not sure if the colors and autofocus are as good as the Sony

Which is the better camera as a solo filmmaker? If there's a third option in the prince range that I'm missing out it would be great
