Help are my chickens ok?

I am new to having chickens so any advice is appreciated. First chickens face is bright red! The next has some red looking lump on its face and the other chicken looks normal to me. They are all still very active and eating and drinking heaps. They are 12 weeks old. Do I need to do anything I can’t afford a vet until next week 😭
