Anyone know what would cause this? All I did was melt beef fat into tallow over a few hours.
All I did was heat beef trimmings over lowest heat for 3-4 hours to render tallow.. after cleaning it, it looks also like there’s seasoning degradation and now it wipes like this.
Anyone have a clue why the seasoning would come off?
