Parking bay monthly rent

Hi there

Currently discussing rates for renting a parking bay (to avoid street parking) within a 3rd party complex. The parking is behind a security gate, and there are two options. One for undercover parking, and one for open parking.

What would you guys reckon are the going rates for these options are in Cape Town ?
