How would I go about swapping the cabinet above the microwave with the cabinet above the stove?

We are remodeling the kitchen and will install a range hood over the stove. The current cabinet does not provide enough clearance for the range hood, so I want to swap it with the smaller cabinet that is above the microwave. I’ve never done anything with cabinetry and have no idea how these cabinets are constructed. Any ideas?
