No collar or owner nearby but seems well groomed, last seen calmly strutting on the sidewalk across from Courtyard Marriot near Battery Park. Posting for awareness. Friend of mine contacted animal control but figured it's worth sharing in case a concerned pet owner is looking for their boy.
