7800x3d vs 9800x3d at 1440p

I am going to be building a PC with my GPU as the 5070 ti (if I can get it lol) and was wondering if the performance uplift between a 7800x3d to a 9800x3d was worth it at 1440p since the CPU only costs £30 more in the UK. I do play some CPU intensive games but I'm not sure if the performance uplift is worth it. Thanks in advance

Edit: Thank you for all the comments, it seems the general consensus is for me to get the 9800x3d so that's what I'm gonna do.
