I messed something up guys

Update: The problem was the Process Lasso app while setting up specific CPU Cores which caused both Apex Legends and Need for Speed Heat to stutter. Also reset my network settings and fixed Apex's Network issues. All my games run as smooth as butter now!

On my Windows 10 computer, I've had no issues and have had a perfectly running pc with every game at least having around 200 FPS up to this point. All of the sudden after tweaking Windows settings, Disabling needless services, Device manager devices, etc, My favorite Need for Speed Heat became a mess. Before I would get over 200 FPS and now my game stutters like crazy with lag spikes and bad framerate. No other game has the bad performance like Need for Speed heat does, they still perform the same. But on top of that, Apex Legends on steam as well, has a conpletely different issue. I wouldn't be able to load into the lobby because it's constantly awaiting connection up to 9 then counts back to 1 - 9 in a loop and then runs into a connection error then have to press retry. Sometimes it succeeds to go into the Lobby and when it does I can select a match and I can play a full game without being kicked out. But the second the game ends, I get thrown back into the title screen stuck in the Awaiting Connection bug again. The game doesn't have any fps drops unlike NFS Heat does but I have this completely seperate issue. Every other game works just the way it always has even God Of War and Resident Evil. I've disabled so many services and other things I'm overwhelmed and have no idea what it could be. Sure it's just these 2 games but how do I know new games I install are gonna have the same problem if I let this be?

And Here's the nail in the coffin:

My Windows decided it would be okay to delete ALL of my previous Restore Points after trying so hard to find a point where everything used to work. I... am... Pissed.
