just bought a pc

i am absolutely NEW to this and i bought a pc yesterday. i got the samsung 27 inch odyssey g65b qhd 240hz curved gaming monitor and for my pc i got the cyberpowerpc gamer supreme gaming desktop - intel core i7-13700kf - nvidia geforce rtx 4070 - 32gb/2tb hdd + 1tb ssd - black). not going to lie, it took me a whole day on figuring out how to turn on my pc and now i am confused cause some games that i want to play says it’s not compatible for my device and i am bummed. valorant for an example. what can i do to fix this? do i need to change my monitor or pc or whatever? i seriously don’t understand how any of this works.
