Bob Dylan “Forum” Flexi Disc

Hello, I have a Bob Dylan “Forum” flexi disc. It is red, square, and fairly transparent. It is in Mint condition. I cannot find anything online about it. Nor can I find any images either. I am hoping someone here can provide me with any information about it. I’d love to know what the value of it might be as well. Thanks.
