ANTI depressnts + lamo

Hey folks, have been thinking about adding an antidepressant to lamictal as it’s not really doing much for my severe depression I also have severe severe anxiety. Before being on lamictal In the past iv had bad responses to sertraline pristiq, fluoxetine actually got rid of the heavy feeling in my chest but I got like such bad OCD from it had to come off it. Is there anyone out there with similar experiences to me that found An antidepressant that works for them just to lift the depression with the lamo? For reference I am a 25F pretty small and sensitive to meds.
