anyone come off of vraylar before?

Its been a month since I last took it. I was on 1.5 mg (the lowest dosage) for a month. The first week off of it was pure hell. I have tapered off benzos in the past and this was worse. I am still suffering from crying spells, restlessness, brain zaps, feeling of panic, brain fog, unable to find any calmness. Cant functin and have taken time off work. Has anyone else come off this med before and what did you experience, how long did it last? I can't find much info on this topic concerning Vraylar online.
