can you get Valium withdrawals after taking them for a week?

I’ve been taking like 30mg of Valium for the past 8 days, yesterday I had 20, today 10, but before I took my pill today I literally felt like I was dying, my skin was on fire and I was super light headed and felt sick and achy. It felt like the flu to me but that doesn’t really make any sense because I haven’t been around a lot of people recently… I’m terrified it’s withdrawals, I’ve heard that you can get physically hooked on benzos super fast but I thought a week was impossible?? I only have one pill left (10mg) so I think I’m gonna take half tomorrow and half the next day - I am deffo not getting more. What do you guys think am I being dramatic?? Pls help I’m freaking out lol
