How Do You Stay Consistent with Running Without Losing Motivation?
Hey everyone!
I’ve been really trying to make running a consistent part of my routine, but I just can’t seem to keep it up. It always starts the same
I’ll get motivated for a few weeks, run 2-3 times a week, and start feeling good about it. But then, something always comes up. Work gets hectic, the weather is bad, or I just start feeling tired and I stop.
How do you all manage to stay consistent when things get tough or when motivation dips? Are there any strategies you use to make sure you stick to it, even when life gets busy or you’re not really feeling it?
I’d love to hear what’s worked for you to get past that "stopping and starting again" cycle.
