Found Wallet on Hwy 1 south of Stinson Beach

Hi, so I'm not sure how to get this back to its owner. I found a whole wallet on the side of the road with everything still in it, even the cash.

It belongs to someone named Jason Flores. I could mail it to the address on the driver's license, but I figured people move around so much, it's just a gamble if that address is current?

So... does anyone know a Jason Flores that might have lost his wallet? Maybe please DM me if anyone has any leads, or if you can connect me with him. Or let me know if you have other suggestions or ideas for how to help.
