What screams "I am underage"?

I work in a country where the drinking age is 18 at bars. As an American it was a bit of shock ( says me who started drinking well before 18😬). But it took some getting used to. Anyway...the biggest I am underage red flag here is when one person order multiple drinks. Mainly because booze is so expensive, most people here order for themselves.
