Looking for an alternative to Tom Bihn

I have fallen in love with the Tom Bihn Synapse 25, but shipping to Europe is 70€, and I sadly can't justify that.

I am looking for a mainly EDC/short trip bag. I really want the pack to be high quality and last long. 32 or 34 L is the maximum for me.

So far I have looked at Osprey (Nebula, Tropos, Radial & Quasar) and the Patagonia Refugio 30L.
