“What is that” kind of setup

After being separated from my Sonus Faber speakers + DAC for +1 year due to long moving process I had to find alternatives in the meantime (old focal speakers and WiiM pro).

Now that the Sonus Faber + and DAC have found their way back to me we have this crazy looking setup.

I assume needless to say that I either use the SF or the focal, not all 4 together.

I use the Auralic Vega G1 as Streamer, DAC, Pre-Amp (the WiiM also did this well!), going directly into the two accuphase p-360 which mono drive the speakers.

On equipment side this is it for me for the foreseeable future, the next step has to be room. While this room is pretty long, I think the speakers are (way) too close to each other - makes things muddy. In fact I’m currently happier with the focal than the sonus Faber despite the sf being traded for 5-10x the price second hand. Im not sure if this is purely a room/ placement issue but I suspect it is.

Putting greenery on speakers to trigger the audiophiles (and keep the missus happy) don’t @ me!
