Help getting a doctor’s note on a Saturday

Does anyone know if there’s any way to get a doctor’s note in the area on a Saturday? My partner has been really sick with some kind of chest infection/virus for a week and now has conjunctivitis on top of it. He has to go back to work tomorrow but there’s no way he’ll be well enough but he has no sick leave left so needs a medical note. Is there anything we can do on a Saturday apart from urgent care? I don’t really want him to have wait 4+ hours when other people need help just for a note. Any help would be great please 🙏
