(Spoilers Main) How would Tywin treat Joanna had she lived?

Had Joanna not died and survived giving birth to Tyrion, how would her relationship with Tywin have turned out? Specifically, if Aerys truly did rape her and then they're both open to the idea that Tyrion could very well be the king's bastard?
