discrete testosterone hrt?

i'm ftm pre-everything trans, living in california, and just turned 18 recently. the new presidential administration is heavily threatening trans healthcare right now, so i obviously want to get on testosterone asap. the issue is that i still live with my parents and they want me to wait until i'm in my 20s. i want to start without them knowing, but i'm still under their insurance and that's the only way i could afford to start. if i got a prescription, is there any way at all i could use my parents' insurance without them knowing or getting a statement or something?
