How to join multiple family group every month in Google?

I can easily create free yt family premium account then invite other accounts to join but a account can't join other family group after leaving for WHOLE 12 Months, to counter it I ask Google to reset the limit and they do but this time they rejected my request to do it so pls say me some solutions to these
