I have two questions about my art (open to all comments)

1. This is kind of a weird question but I really want to make my style less realistic. Like, what can I do to make it look more like mainstream anime?

2. As someone who has only ever drawn women, I need help on how I can begin to draw men. I’m writing a comic and there’s male characters but I for the life of me, can’t seem to figure out how to draw men. How can I transfer my knowledge of drawing women into drawing men?
