What are the chances of us Liberating Artsakh in the near future?

Lets say everything goes ideal. We develop a modern advanced army. Education reform in Armenia. Decent amount of repatriation and quality of the life is the highest its been.

Since our military would be far more advanced and structured well in this scenario. Now, how would we go about this diplomatically? What would our future leadership look like for this to happen in reality? Am I being far too optimistic?

Because to be frank, too many of our guys were martyred for Artsakh. We cannot just give up on our struggle and allow the Azerbaijanis to erase our presence from there. Our native land.

Keep in mind these are ideal best-case hypotheticals because Armenias future right now is murky, in regards to our political structure and future as a country.

I would really like to see the subs thought on this.
