Issues with connecting to a particular wifi network

Hi all,

So currently I'm living in a hotel and for some reason my laptop refuses to connect to the hotel wifi (password-protected). I can connect fine on my phone and any other wifi network on my laptop but not this particular wifi network. I'm not sure what's going on. NetworkManager tries to connect and just times out.

(not sure if it's relevant but my laptop has a realtek wifi card, not the superior intel one).
