No water dispensing after refrigerator water filter

[Frigidaire, 10+ year old refrigerator]

After annual replacement of the water filter last night, the door dispenser released 2-3 glasses worth of water (after the usual air flow sounds). Upon waking up today and attempting to dispense water, the normal "click" and low hum noise happen, but no water is coming out.

I removed the new filter and put the old one back in, still nothing.

(Not knowing what specific parts are in play here) If I hear a hum like it "should" be dispensing, does that narrow down the issue? Ice maker has been turned off, didn't want to try that yet in case it would cause damage not getting water.
