How does Respawn consistently ruin their own modes?

The idea of The Apex Rumble is AMAZING, but the execution is abysmal. You sign up to solo queue and then you're forced to Queue into regular three strikes, where you go up against Three Stacks and your two randoms literally have 0 idea what Apex Rumble is and you're consistently dying to three stacks. Its a terribly executed idea and I just literally will not be playing it bc why would I force myself to solo queue when every enemy I fight is three stacked? Worthless waste of my time and energy
