Practicing outside of the USA

Cardiac Anesthesiologist with 10+ years experience at a level 1 trauma center. Board Certified of course, Adv PTE as well.

Where can I move overseas with: 1) minimal language barrier 2) my US license will matter/make it possible to get work 3) not atrociously low pay or ridiculously high cost of living?

I gotta get out of the US before the economy completely collapses.
