Akron or Cleveland?

I’m from north Philly and I really think Ohio is one of the underrated states in the US the price of living is unmatched and you guys have major cities in close proximity , all four seasons etc. which would be a better fit job wise crime wise etc I currently live in the worst area of the city and I wannabe in a more tame environment
