Missing flight points, booked United flight through AC

Trying to reach 50k status this year. I’ve booked a few flights on United through AC and noticed they aren’t showing up. I called ac and they said the flights quality, that I need to submit a claim. Submit the claim and the email comes back saying it doesn’t qualify? What do I do from here? The agent said the ticket is the correct fare and everything.

Is there an email or anyone else I can contact? Terrible system!
