I have a bad feeling

My husband and I have our family home listed on furnished finder while we are gone for a few months. We weren’t getting any hits so we tried listing on Airbnb. We’ve gotten 4 people requesting stays! But we just got a a request for feb 21st to mar 21st and it just feels off. Nothing at all about this person only her first name. And we are in Minnesota so I’m worried about overstaying with the eviction laws here during the winter. What do you guys think?
