Needing help finding a game I used to play

In the early 2000s. There was this hot wheels game for the pc. It was a track build type of game. There were balloons that were bombs and would blow you up so you had to be careful and had to build around. Over the years I have desperately tried to find it and haven't had any luck. I'm coming to the conclusion that I dreamt of this game and some Mandela effect feeling. Like this game didnt even exist in the first place. If anyone can help me a hot wheels like this. I played it so much! I would be so grateful! Pleas help
