Mango whip!

I know we don’t do much recipes on here but o wanted to share a happy accident. I meant to make a mango smoothie but opted to use vital proteins and it made a pudding consistency I didn’t expect!

Recipe:

  • 1 serving of unflavored vital proteins
  • 1/2 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5-2 oz of mango chunks

I promise you I didn’t really measure the last two but those are my estimates.
