Well I’ve got good news and bad news

The good news is: it works. So well. So well that I’ve overcome a lot of my binging habits and emotional eating habits. I’m down 20 pounds! Clothing is getting looser, my jewelry actually fits!

The bad news is more of a question. What do you do when you’re sad when you’re repulsed by the idea of eating?

Having a crappy week and by now I’d have downed pints of ice cream, baked and eaten enough to feed a town and been sitting in sweatpants feeling like crap.

I had a bite of a dessert and felt satisfied. Now I’m lost on how to cope without stress eating.

How do normal people live like this 😅
