For those with CPAP
Have you had to turn your humidity up? I usually keep my humidity and heat low because it really bothers me to feel like I've got someone else's moist hot breath in my face. Makes me feel claustrophobic. The past few days I've actually been snoring a bunch because my nose/throat are all dry. So I had to turn it up. I don't remember changing the settings along with the weather last year or in spring, but could just be that. Or could it be related to more dehydration related zep stuff?
