2006 R6 with 38000 miles?

I found this R6 and think it looks really cool. I was able to get the guy down to 4500 but the only thing that concerns me is the mileage. It has 38000 miles and I've heard some mixed things from people, the guy said that it rides strong and has a clean title. I'm planning on test riding it later today but is this a good deal and what should I look for on the test ride?
