Battery and Hyper OS 2

So i hve 2 questions...i switched to Android after a really long time so forgive me please If those are nooby questions.

I got the 14t for 2 days now, really happy with it, but im a little confused oncerning battery time. My girlfriend got some 2022 Samsung Something, too with 5000mhz battery, but she is getting, according to her battery App, nealy 2 days of battery Life, where as i dont even come Close to that. Is their Something wrong with my 14t? Or is that Just Samsung one ui that is more efficent?

Others Thing is, according to the Xiaomi Website, my Phone should getting the Update to hyperos 2 in early Dezember, still havent got it, for Somebody that comes from IPhone, thats really confusing.
