Does Minho know deep down that Kitty has feelings for him?

I fear I've become obsessed with this couple sigh.

I was reading a few posts on here and found it interesting how Minho was able to clock Kitty's hurt expression right away when he downplayed his plane confession. Throughout the show, we see him continuously try to bring up why she keeps interfering in his love life. "Part of you liked thinking of me that way," "Why are you so interested in my love life anyway?", "Are you jealous or something?" "You're in close quarters with the hottest guy in school" (lol).

In the final scene of the finale I sort of got the sense that Minho was also expecting Kitty to say something more to him than just that she was coming back next year.

Does he know in the back of his mind that she likes him? Or is it just that he is hoping she does?
