Question to Calcharo players

So I stopped playing WUWA in 1.1 and have restarted again now. So I missed getting the free Xiangli Yao but I DO have a S0 Calcharo as well as YinLin and Verina. How reasonable is it to build a 2nd team with him and clear TOA? (My other teams have members like Encore Changling Jianxin, Havoc Rover)

I don't have a 5 star Broadblade. But I'll be wishing for Winter Brume

I'd be willing to learn his swap cancels since I like Changli as well as max all relevant talents and materials. BUT I'm wondering how he compares to Xiangli Yao if you're doing both their optimal rotations.
