Little unsure on where to go on my current physique.
Hey guys, been training for bascially a little over a year, at about 3 or 4 days a week focusing on really good weight, correct form and taking bascially every set to failure. Only do about 2 or 3 sets per exercise - at about 5 or 6 exercises - per training day.
I'm not sure whether to prioritize daily cardio and slight deficit as im not happy with my love handles or slight surplus to about ~90kg to try fit the frame better.
I'm sitting at 6'0 (183cm) at about 180 pounds (~82kg).
